We want you to love your CALPAK gear, but if it's not the perfect fit, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a small processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused items in their original CALPAK box, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
